WE WORK HARD TO TREAT THE UNDERLYING CAUSES

that prevent you from doing the things you love.

The painful symptoms we experience is our body’s way of telling us something is wrong. At The Chiropractice we strive to go beyond symptomatic relief, to find and treat the cause/s of your pain. We utilise techniques best suited to your situation/condition, and we are the only specialists in Mandurah who offer the Advanced Biostructural Correction technique.

FIRST VISIT

Be prepared to spend up to 30 mins for your first visit.   Your attending Chiropractor will go through your history and what it is that has brought you in today.  You will talk a little bit about your symptoms, what it is effecting and how long this issue has been a problem.  He will then go through a thorough examination whilst trying to determine the possible underlying issues.

Your Examination
Your examination may consist of postural analysis, range of motion analysis, orthopaedic testing, neurological testing, and other tests relevant to you. At this point your chiropractor will determine whether you will or can be adjusted today.  If further testing/information is necessary these sometimes need to be obtained and assessed before treatment begins.

On your Second Visit we will review all of the exam findings from today’s initial visit.

SECOND VISIT

Your Report of Findings
On your second visit we will go through your report of findings. Here we will let you go through your xrays and discuss what your structure is doing that may be contributing to your symptoms. We will explain what it is we do, and how that may apply to you, and how long it will likely take and associated costs. You will also be invited to our health care classes where you can learn some great health tips and advice. Your second visit will again take about 30 minutes.

If you decide you would like to go ahead with care we can start straight away! Call 0466 889 916.

REGULAR VISITS

How Long is a Typical Office Visit?
Once we know exactly what is going on and have discussed your health goals your typical office visits will take roughly 10 minutes. Generally initially, you may require multiple visits, more intensely to begin with (intensive phase-designed to make the most change), and gradually becoming less frequent as we work towards spinal stabilization (corrective phase – designed to maintain the changes we have made).

Progress Checks
Progress checks will be done every twelve visits or so in order to objectively assess how you are progressing. This appointment will take slightly longer than your usual visits and done before we make any changes to your care plan.

If you think that you or a loved one is a good candidate for chiropractic care, contact The Chiropractice to arrange a thorough examination in our practice.
