that prevent you from doing the things you love.

The painful symptoms we experience is our body’s way of telling us something is wrong. At The Chiropractice we strive to go beyond symptomatic relief, to find and treat the cause/s of your pain. We utilise techniques best suited to your situation/condition, and we are the only specialists in Mandurah who offer the Advanced Biostructural Correction technique.

What do we treat?

Many types of headaches can be attributed to poor postures and neck/upper back issues. Commonly these headaches are felt in the upper neck, back of the head, temples and behind the eyes. Many headaches sufferers get great relief from chiropractic care.

Neck / Back Pain

Disc Injuries

Poor Posture / Scoliosis

Does private health cover treatment costs?

Most private health providers have the option of Chiropractic treatment in their cover.  They do have limits to the amount they cover.

Do we take EPC and DVA referrals?

We do accept both medicare EPC plans and DVA referrals gap free.

Do chiropractors only treat back or neck pain?

Chiropractic is a form of health care practice that aims to make corrections to the spine and relieve pressure from the vertebrae. The practice can treat many conditions and promote healthy joint functions.

We don’t presume to be experts at all things, so if we feel out of our depth, we will try our utmost to refer you to someone who may be able to help.

Let us help you!

Our chiropractors are mature and experienced and will only recommend treatment that is proven to be effective for your particular condition.

On your initial consultation you will be greeted at the reception and our friendly staff will help you fill out some paperwork. Your treating Chiropractor will then take you through and and discuss your health problems and any relevant previous health issues before thoroughly examining you.

Your Examination
Your examination may consist of postural analysis, range of motion analysis, orthopaedic testing, neurological testing, and other tests relevant to your visit. At this point it will be decided if you should require X rays. The initial visit should take about 30 minutes.

On your Second Visit we will review all of the exam findings from today’s initial visit.

Your Report of Findings
On your second visit we will go through your report of findings. Here we will let you know if we can help. We will explain what is going on, how we can help, how long it will take and the likely costs. You will also be invited to our health care classes where you can learn some great health tips and advice. Your second visit will again take about 40 minutes.

If you decide you would like to go ahead with care we can start straight away! Call 0466 889 916.

How Long is a Typical Office Visit?
Once we know exactly what is going on and have discussed your health goals your typical office visits shall take no longer than 10 minutes. You will require multiple visits, more intensely to begin with (intensive phase), and gradually becoming less frequent as we work towards spinal stabilization (corrective phase).

Progress Checks
Progress checks will be done every twelve visits or so in order to objectively assess how you are progressing. This appointment will take slightly longer than your usual visits and done before we make any changes to your care plan.

If you think that you or a loved one is a good candidate for chiropractic care, contact The Chiropractice to arrange a thorough examination in our practice.
