Back Pain

Back pain that keeps coming back is usually a structural problem the body has been working around. We look for that, not just the sore spot.

  • A full structural and movement exam before any treatment
  • Chiropractic and remedial massage under one roof, on one plan
  • If it is not ours to fix, you hear that on day one

What people come in describing

The patterns we hear most

Back pain rarely arrives from nowhere. Most people can trace it to a movement, a job, or a habit their body stopped tolerating.

Stiffness in the morning that takes an hour to shake off
Pain that settles for a few months, then returns to the same spot
One side that always takes the load when you lift or bend
Sitting or driving that becomes uncomfortable after twenty minutes
Pain that eased with rest but never fully left
How we work on it

Two sides of the same plan

Structure and soft tissue pull against each other. Working on one and ignoring the other is often why back pain returns.

Chiropractic with Corey

A structural and movement exam to find what your back has been compensating for, then work aimed at that rather than the spot that hurts. If imaging is worth reviewing, you see exactly what we see.

Posture & structural correction →
Remedial massage with Geraldine

Trigger point and deep tissue work on the muscle carrying the load. Booked on its own, or before an adjustment so tight muscle is not fighting the correction.

Remedial massage therapy →

Before you book

"How long has it got to be there before I come in?"

It does not have to be severe or long-standing. Earlier usually means fewer things have compensated around it.

"Will I need imaging?"

Sometimes. If a scan is worth reviewing, we go through it with you rather than talking around it.

"Should I book chiro or massage?"

Give us a call on 0466 889 916 and we will point you to the right one.

"Can I get in after work?"

Afternoon appointments run Monday, Wednesday and Friday until 6:30pm. Book online and pick a time that fits.
