Posture & Structural Correction

Your body may have spent years compensating for one fault. The aim is to find it, work on it, and build the strength to help hold the change.

  • A full structural exam before anyone touches your spine
  • An approach built around movement and strength, not open-ended repeat visits
  • If it is not ours to fix, you hear that on day one

Is this you?

The signs people bring in

Most of these have been building for years. None of them are just what happens when you get old.

Shoulders that sit forward, or a head that sits ahead of them
One hip, one shoulder, or one side of the neck always the sore one
Stiffness in the morning that takes an hour to shake off
Pain that moves around, or comes back to the same spot every few months
A lift or a movement at the gym your body will not let you do properly
The approach

Structural correction, not a quick crack

Pain is usually the last thing to show up and the first thing to leave. Chasing it means treating the same spot forever.

Corey works the other way around: find the structural fault your body is compensating for, correct that, then give you the movement and strength to keep it there.

1
Find the fault

A thorough structural and movement exam. If we review imaging, you see exactly what we see.

2
Correct it

Adjustments aimed at the cause, at a schedule we agree on together. Remedial massage alongside it where the muscle is fighting the correction.

3
Hold the change

Strength and flexibility through movement, measured against what you came in wanting back.

Your practitioner

Dr Corey Joyce

Chiropractor | Member, Advanced Biostructural Correction Australasia

Corey became a chiropractor after his own migraines responded to care he did not expect to work. He has been practising since 2008 and has run The Chiropractice in Mandurah for over a decade.

He takes on cases other clinics have not resolved, and he will tell you plainly when a case is not his to fix.

Before you book

"Is my posture too far gone?"

Age changes how much we can correct and how fast, not whether it is worth doing. The exam tells us which one you are, and you get that answer straight.

"How long will it take?"

Depends on how long the fault has been there and what you want back. You will get an honest estimate at the first visit rather than an open-ended plan.

"Do I need massage as well?"

Often it helps. Where tight muscle is pulling the correction back, Geraldine's remedial work before an adjustment makes the change hold. We will say if you need it.

"Can I claim it?"

Yes. We accept WorkCover and TAC, and you claim directly with your own private health fund.

Find out what is actually going on

One visit, a full structural exam, and a straight answer about whether we can help.
