Training exposes a fault faster than anything else. We look at why the movement is failing, not just the joint that ended up sore.
Advanced Biostructural Correction Australasia
Most of these are not one bad rep. They are a fault the body worked around for months, until load found it.
Structure and soft tissue pull against each other. Treating one and ignoring the other is why niggles come back.
A structural and movement exam to find what your body is compensating for, then work aimed at that rather than the sore joint. You will get an honest read on whether to keep training, modify, or hold off.
Posture & structural correction →Trigger point and deep tissue work on the muscle that has been carrying the load. Booked on its own for recovery, or before an adjustment so the muscle is not fighting the correction.
Remedial massage →Usually not entirely. More often it is a change to load or movement for a period. You will get a straight answer at the first visit rather than a blanket rest order.
That is worth looking at. Pain that shows up only under load usually means the fault is in how the movement is organised, and that tends to be findable in an exam.

Afternoon appointments run Monday, Wednesday and Friday until 6:30pm. Book online and pick what fits around training.
One visit, a full exam, and a straight answer about what is limiting the movement.
