Working out which kind you have
Headaches have many causes, and not all of them are structural. The first job is working out which kind you have.
A structural and movement exam of the neck and upper back to see whether they are contributing to the pattern. If your headaches point to something outside our scope, we will say so and refer.

It depends entirely on what is causing them. Some headaches have a neck component and some do not, and the exam is how we tell. You will get a straight answer rather than a promise.
Then we tell you, and point you toward the right person. Taking on a case we cannot help does nobody any good.
